Price: 125 euros per person, Weekdays at 12pm and Saturdays at 10am.

With our expertise of our chefs, learn how to prepare traditional Roman dishes that have made Roscioli a must-do destination for travelers from around the world, including:
- Fresh handmade pasta - 2 types
- Meatballs
- 3 Pastas (Amatriciana, Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe)
- Tiramisu
- 5 wines paired
This is not just a cooking class, but also includes a wine tasting and pairing with the various dishes that you prepare together making for a full lunch – come hungry! All pairings will be explained by our professional sommelier, since no Italian dish is complete without the proper wine pairing.
Groups are small, giving you an intimate experience with our chef. This will be part hands-on and part demonstration.
Continue your experience at home! At the end, you will also be able to purchase many of the artisan ingredients and products that you worked with, along with our pasta kits and wine, to easily make them when you return.
Classes are in English. Approx. 3 hours. Minimum of 2 guests required for class to take place. We will notify you 48 hours before if you are the only one signed up.




Cancellation Policy - Your reservation can be canceled up to 24 hours before your booking time without incurring any penalty by clicking on the "Cancel" link in this email or emailing us (we cannot answer the phone during the service). In case of any pre-paid experiences, this is only refundable 24 hours in advance, otherwise it must be considered NON refundable. If the booking is made the same day of your visit, automatically the conditions above will be applied. Everyone can be late, but if this is your case, please call us. Your reservation will be canceled without notice for delays of more than 20 minutes.
